  • No, a referral is not required for private sessions. However, a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP is needed to access Medicare rebates.

  • To book an appointment, email azhanico@gmail.com or call/SMS 0484 578 976. If calling, please leave a voicemail, and our Practice Manager, Brent, will get back to you within 48-72 hours to arrange your session.

  • Dr. Azhani will call you to discuss your concerns and determine if her services are the right fit for you. If you both agree to proceed, you’ll receive an online intake and consent form, which must be completed before booking for safety reasons.

    Your payment details will also be securely collected through Halaxy, a trusted platform that ensures privacy and data protection. Once this is completed, you’ll be offered available time slots that suit you best.

  • The safest and most convenient option is Halaxy, which securely stores your payment details. Other options include direct deposit (must be completed at least 48 hours before the session) and cash to avoid card surcharges. Please inquire with our Practice Manager for more details.

  • Providing your payment details allows for smooth integration with our clinic software, Halaxy, enabling automatic Medicare rebates and easy session management. It also ensures flexibility if you need to switch to a Telehealth sessionand allows for processing of cancellation fees when applicable. For your security, we do not have access to your full card details, and all payments are processed securely through Halaxy. We appreciate your understanding that this helps streamline administrative tasks, allowing us to focus on providing high-quality psychological care.

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions will incur the full session fee.
